【摘要】 劳务派遣用工制度是我国完善多层次劳动力市场的重要举措,自劳务派遣制进入《劳动合同法》并予以实施后,劳务派遣在短期内出现了非理性繁荣的现象,迫切需要从劳动法理论建设和法律规制的角度进行规范和完善。本文在梳理国内外劳务派遣发展现状基础上,分析了劳务派遣非理性繁荣的原因,重点对《劳务派遣暂行规定》中适用范围的规定进行评析,并提出了完善劳务派遣法律规制的建设路径。更多还原

【Abstract】 System of dispatching temporary workers is an important measure of perfecting the multi-level labor market in our country. Since the system of labor dispatch belonged to"The Labor Contract Law"and was implemented, which became irrational popular in the short run and needed to further improve and standardize from the perspective of labor law theory. This paper analyzes the cause of irrational popularity of labor dispatch, on the basis of reviewing current situation of labor dispatch at home and abroad, and focus on commenting on applicable scope of "regulations on labor dispatch", as well as provides suggestions of how to perfect labor dispatch law regulation model.更多还原
