团队领导行为对团队自省的影响机理研究——任务依赖性与任务例行性的调节效应
Team Leadership on Influencing Mechanism Introspective Research Team —— Task Dependencies and Task Routine Moderating Effect
【摘要】 本文以企业中的工作团队为研究对象,将团队任务特征纳入到团队领导行为对团队自省影响的研究中,基于团队自省理论,探讨团队领导行为对团队自省的影响及其作用机制。通过对86个团队样本(86个团队主管,341个团队成员)的调查分析,得出实证研究结果:变革型领导行为、交易型领导行为对团队自省存在显著正向影响;任务依赖性正向调节变革型领导行为、交易型领导行为与团队自省之间的关系;任务例行性负向调节变革型领导行为、交易型领导行为与团队自省之间的关系。研究结论:企业领导者提供不同任务情景下团队领导行为对团队自省影响机理依据,具有较强的理论与实践意义。
【Abstract】 According In this paper, the enterprise team for the study, the team task characteristics into team leadership behaviors impact on the team’s self-reflection, self-examination based on team theor y, the team invest igate the ef fect and mechanism of introspect ion team leadership behav ior. Through a team of 86 samples(86 team leaders, 341 team members) survey analysis, the empirical results: transformational leadership, transactional leadership behavior team introspective signif icant positive effect; task dependency Forward regulating transformational leadership, transactional leadership behavior and team relationship between introspection; to regulate the relationship between transformational leadership transactional leadership behavior and team self-examination among tasks routinely negative. Study concludes that corporate leaders to provide team leadership behavior under different scenarios task team mechanism based on self-reflection effect, with a strong theoretical and practical significance.
