人力资源管理的一个新视角——可持续性人力资源管理研究综述
A New Perspective on Human Resource Management —— A Study Review on Sustainable Human Resource Management
【摘要】 可持续人力资源管理(Sustainable HRM)突破了传统战略人力资源管理以组织绩效最大化为目标的研究方式,不仅关注人力资源管理的内部效益,还关注其外部效益。本文从国外学者关于可持续性与人力资源管理二者联系的争论入手,梳理了国外学者研究可持续性与人力资源管理关系的三次浪潮、可持续人力资源管理的主流文献、分类及特征,最后对可持续人力资源管理理论的应用进行综述,从而为可持续人力资源管理的引入与研究提供基础的理论支撑。
【Abstract】 Sustainable human resources management which improves organizational performance management,has broken the dominance of Strategic human resource management and provided a new approach to study HRM. It focus on both internal efficiency and external benefits. Based on the west scholar’s researches on sustainability and HRM, we firstly introduce the concept of ‘Three waves’ on the relationship between sustainability and human resource management. Then, we introduce the mainstream literature, the classification and characteristics of sustainable human resource management. In the end, we will review the application of sustainable human resource management theory, thus providing the basis theoretical support for the introduction and research of sustainable human resource management.
