【摘要】 目的:从受让方角度出发,对药品技术转让中存在的风险进行分析,提出风险防范建议。方法:通过对药品技术转让涉及法规、实务转让环节以及转让案例进行分析,进而探讨药品技术转让过程中的风险点及其防范措施。结果:风险存在于药品技术转让的各个环节。结论:技术受让企业应当做好审查工作,并在转让合同中明确权利、义务,以有效防范转让风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: This paper mainly analyzed the risks in drug technology transfer and put forward suggestions for risk prevention from the perspective of the transferee. Method: Based on the analysis of the drug technology transfer regulations, practices and the transfer case, the risks of drug technology transfer and preventive measures were discussed. Result: Risks existed in each step of the drug technology transfer. Conclusion: The transferee shall do a good job in technology examination, specify the rights and obligations in the transfer contract to prevent risks.更多还原
