【摘要】 目的根据眼睑肿瘤切除术后眼睑缺损的大小,选用不同方法修复眼睑缺损,观察眼睑肿瘤术后的临床疗效。方法对4例眼睑肿瘤患者,采用自体睑板、自体硬腭黏膜移植和异体睑板睑结膜修复眼睑缺损。结果术后随访3~48个月,所有患者均治愈,未见复发。结论术前充分设计方案,术中根据眼睑缺损范围和部位,选用合理的修复方法,可以取得肿瘤的根治和眼睑的重建。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective According to the size of the eyelid defect after tumor resection,different methods were chosen to reconstruct eyelid. Methods In 4 cases of eyelid tumors,autologous meibomian graft,autologous hard palate mucosa graft,or allologous meibomian palpebral conjunctiva graft was used to repairing eyelid defect. Results In 3 to 48 months of follow-up,all patients were cured with no recurrence of the tumor. Conclusion Careful preoperative planning and appropriate choice of repair method during the surgery according to the scope of the eyelid defect is the key to the successful treatment for the tumor and the reconstruction of eyelid.更多还原
