【摘要】 [目的]探讨舒肝解郁胶囊对肝硬化患者伴发抑郁症状的治疗效果。[方法]51例肝硬化伴抑郁症状的患者随机分为治疗组(26例)和对照组(25例)。治疗组在常规内科综合治疗基础上同时口服舒肝解郁胶囊0.72g,bid;对照组在常规内科综合治疗基础上同时口服黛力新片1片,bid;2组疗程均为4周。于2组治疗前及治疗4周末分别采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD-17)评定抑郁情绪分值,实验室测定肝功能。采用治疗中需处理的不良反应症状量表(TESS)评定安全性。[结果]治疗4周后,治疗组和对照组有效率分别为92%、72%(P<0.05)。治疗组HAMD评分显著下降,且治疗组的TESS评分显著低于对照组,疗效指数显著高于对照组,2组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]舒肝解郁胶囊对肝硬化伴抑郁症状的患者疗效优于黛力新,且不良反应明显少于黛力新。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To explore the curative effect of shuganjieyu capsule in treatment of cirrhosis patients with depressive symptoms.[Methods]All of 51 cirrhosis patients with depressive symptoms were randomly divided into experiment group(basic medical treatment combined with shuganjieyu capsule,n=26)and control group(basic medical treatment combined with deanxit,n=25).The patients were treatment respectively for 4weeks.Clinical effects were assessed with Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD-17)before and after treatment.The treatment Emergent Symptoms Scale(TESS)was used to evaluate the safety.[Results]After 4weeks treatment,the efficacy of the experiment group and the control group was 92% and72%,the score of the HAMD decreased significantly in the experiment group,which was significantly different compared with control group(P<0.05).[Conclusions]Shuganjieyu capsule has significant effect on treatment of cirrhosis patients with depressive symptoms,which is superior to deanxit.Shuganjieyu capsule induced less side effects than deanxit.更多还原
