The clinical manifestation was repeated chest distress and chest pain,Electrocardiogram showed giant negative T wave in chest leads and echocardiogram showed left ventricular apex was distinctly thick(12~13mm),Left ventricle angiography had the apical spade-like changes.Coronary angiography showed left anterior descending coronary artery had 95% stenosis.The clinical diagnosis was coronary artery disease andapical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy and hypertension.
