【摘要】 <正>锁骨下动脉窃血综合征(subclavian steal syndrome,SSS)是锁骨下动脉或无名动脉近心端狭窄或闭塞,其远端血管内压力明显下降,导致脑血流先经Willis环,再经同侧椎动脉虹吸引流,使部分脑血流逆行灌入患侧上肢动脉,从而引起脑局部缺血。既往临床诊断该病甚少,近年随着彩色多普勒超声在颈部血管疾病诊断中的广泛应用,诊断率不断增加[1]。现将我院临床所见3例SSS患者情况报告如下。更多还原

【Abstract】 The etiology,symptoms,signs and examination of 3patients with subclavian steal syndrome(SSS)were retrospectived analysis.They were given symptomatic treatment in accordance with the central nervous system symptoms of ischemia.Their condition were improved and not left sequela of cerebral vascular.The disease about SSS is complexed.The clinical manifestations are diverse.Color Doppler ultrasound is the first choice to check out the disease.According to ischemia,we use symptomatic treatment and radical operation therapy.更多还原
