【摘要】 目的对比不同剂量依托咪酯脂肪乳剂复合异丙酚及地佐辛在无痛人流手术中的疗效。方法选取我院2014年8月~10月接受无痛人流手术的患者120例,随机分为A组、B组、C组,各40例。三组均使用地佐辛0.1 mg/kg镇痛,异丙酚复合依托咪酯脂肪乳剂镇静,其中异丙酚均使用1 mg/kg,依托咪酯脂肪乳剂剂量分别是0.2 mg/kg、0.3 mg/kg、0.4 mg/kg。记录患者在麻醉及手术过程的生命体征变化,手术医师麻醉满意程度,追加镇静药物次数,麻醉苏醒时间以及术中、术后不良反应。结果三组患者的年龄、体重、孕周比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。C组苏醒时间长于A组、B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患者血氧变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);三组患者在手术开始1 min的平均动脉压及脉搏差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),组间两两比较A组与B组、C组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依托咪酯脂肪乳剂复合异丙酚0.3 mg/kg用于无痛人流术镇痛、镇静效果良好,手术医师满意度高,对呼吸、循环抑制小,术中术后肌颤、恶心呕吐等副作用小,麻醉苏醒时间与其它两组比较未见延迟,是一种更具优势的配伍剂量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Comparison of curative effect of different doses of propofol and etomidate combined with dezocine in painless operation. Methods In our hospital were selected from 8 to October 2014 accept 120 cases of patients with painless artificial abortion were randomly divided into group A,group B,group C,group use dezocine 0.1 mg/kg analgesia,sedation of propofol and etomidate,propofol was used 1 mg/kg,dose of etomidate are 0.2 mg/kg,0.3 mg/kg and 0.4 mg/kg.The changes of vital signs of patients in anesthesia and operation were recorded,the satisfaction degree of anesthesia,the number of additional sedative drugs,recovery time of anesthesia,postoperative adverse reactions. Results There was no significant difference in age,body weight and gestational age between the three groups(P>0.05).The recovery time of group C was longer than that of group A and group B,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the three groups(P>0.05).The mean arterial pressure and pulse difference between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference between the two two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion 0.3 mg/kg of etomidate and propofol for painless induced abortion analgesia and sedation effect good,surgeon satisfaction,on respiration and circulation inhibition small,intraoperative postoperative muscle twitching,nausea,vomiting and other side effects of small,anesthesia recovery time and the other two groups there is no delay is a more dosage strengths.更多还原
