【摘要】 目的探讨新生儿应用维生素K1注射液的安全性,分析原因,提出对策。方法对2013年~2014年6月某院新生儿科收治住院患者中引起不良反应的9例患者进行回顾性分析总结。结果发生不良反应的患者中,女婴多于男婴,不良反应主要是过敏及过敏性休克、心律失常、呼吸道症状及类似输液反应。结论维生素K1易发生不良反应,新生儿应严格按适应症给药,尽可能选择肌注给药或深部皮下注射给药。增加对维生素K1注射液严重不良反应的警示。减少不良反应的发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the safety of newborn infants,Vitamin K1 Injection analysis reason,proposes the countermeasure.Methods 9 cases of 2013 to 2014 year in June in a hospital neonatal treated patients in the adverse reactionsof patients were retrospectively analyzed and summarized.Results The adverse reaction of patients,girls more than boys,the main adverse reactions are allergic and anaphylactic shock,cardiac arrhythmias,respiratory symptoms and similar infusion reaction.Conclusion Adverse reactions occur easilyvitamin K1,newborns should be administered strictly according to indication,as far as possible to choose administered intramuscularly or deep subcutaneous injection.To increase Vitamin K1 Injection serious adverse reaction of warning.Reduce the incidence rate of adverse reaction.更多还原
