【摘要】 目的对应用抗精子抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗心磷脂抗体3种免疫性抗体联合检测方式对女性不孕不育疾病实施鉴别的临床价值进行研究。方法选择在我院就诊的患有不孕不育疾病的女性患者66例,和同期接受健康体格检查的同年龄段女性66例,分别将其定义为研究组和对照组。对两组研究对象的抗精子抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗心磷脂抗体3种免疫性抗体的阳性率进行检测,并对比分析结果。结果研究组研究对象的抗精子抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗心磷脂抗体3种免疫性抗体的阳性率水平均明显高于对照组,且组间数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论不孕不育女性患者的抗精子抗体、抗子宫内膜抗体、抗心磷脂抗体3项指标的阳性率会明显升高,临床上可以将这3项指标作为不孕不育诊断的重要标准。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To application of antisperm antibodies, endometrial, three kinds of anti cardiolipin antibody immune antibody joint detection method for female infertility diseases to identify the clinical value of study. Methods In our hospital 66 cases of female patients with infertility condition, and at the same time to accept health physical examination in 66 cases of the same age women, define it as research group and the control group respectively. For both groups of antisperm antibody, endometrial antibody resistance, anti cardiolipin antibody three immune antibody positive rate of detection, and compared the results of the analysis. Results The team research object of antisperm antibodies, endometrial, three kinds of anti cardiolipin antibody immune antibody positive rate levels were significantly higher than that of control group, and a significant difference was found in data comparison between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Antisperm antibody and sterility women endometrial antibody resistance, anti cardiolipin antibody positive rate of three indicators will be increased significantly, the three indicators can be clinically as an important standard of infertility diagnosis.更多还原
