【摘要】 目的调查、了解三级综合医院普儿科病房医院感染的隐患,进一步探讨预防医院感染的干预措施。方法调查医院普儿科病房存在的医院感染隐患,制定相应的预防医院感染措施。结果普儿科因病种较多、房间有限、陪护人员多、空气质量较差、侵入性操作多、抗生素使用不够规范,以及工作人员宣传力度不够、防护意识淡薄等方面存在着医院感染隐患。结论积极采取相应的干预措施,加强培训与健康卫生宣传教育工作,注重消毒隔离、加强空气监测,减少或规范侵入性操作、合理使用抗生素等以达到预防及控制医院感染的目的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective By investigation on the hidden risks of infections in general pediatric departments of tertiary general hospitals, further research is made on intervention measures of prevention infections in hospitals. Methods The measures of preventing infections are formulated accordingly to the investigation on the existing hidden risks of infections of general pediatric departments in hospitals. Results There are hidden risks of infections in hospitals for the reasons of various diseases, limited houses, a lot of accompanies, poor quality of atmosphere, many invasive operations, random antibiotic use, insufficientpublicityand weak consciousness of protection. Conclusion To achieve the target of preventing and controlling infections in hospitals, we should take measures actively, promote sanitation and health education and training, focus on disinfection and isolation, strengthen air monitoring, reduce or make standards of invasive operations, and use antibiotic appropriately, etc.更多还原
