【摘要】 目的探讨在慢性乙型肝炎患者中,应用肝病治疗仪治疗方案的疗效。方法选取我院于2013年7月~2014年6月收治的慢性乙型肝炎患者80例进行分析,将其随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例)。对照组采用常规药物治疗方案,观察组采用肝病治疗仪治疗方案。观察两组患者的疗效。结果两组患者在乏力、腹胀、纳差、黄疸、肝区不适等临床症状的治疗有效率上相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。但观察组患者治疗后的肝功能指标明显优于对照组,不良反应的发生率(5.0%)明显低于对照组(17.5%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于慢性乙型肝炎患者而言,采用常规药物治疗和肝病治疗仪进行治疗,疗效相当,但使用肝病治疗仪患者的肝功能恢复更加明显,不良反应发生率更低,值得推荐使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the in patients with chronic hepatitis b, liver disease treatment instrument application the clinical effi cacy of treatment. Methods To select our hospital from July 2013 to June 2014, 80 cases of patients with chronic hepatitis b were analyzed, and its were randomly divided into control group(40 cases) and observation group(40 cases). Conclusion For patients with chronic hepatitis b, the conventional drug therapy and liver disease therapeutic treatment, clinical effi cacy, but use the liver function recovery of patients with liver disease therapeutic apparatus more apparent, lower incidence of adverse reactions, recommended to use.更多还原
