【Abstract】 The sellar region tumor is a common disease in neurosurgery.With the development of micro nerve surgery,most of the tumors can be totally or subtotally resected.However,owe to the complexity of sellar region,it is prone to appear postoperative disturbance of water and electrolyte,especially diabetes insipidus and hyponatremia.These may affect the prognosis and quality of life in patients.In order to have a more profound understanding of water and sodium disturbance after surgery for sellar tumors,this paper reviewed the relevant literatures about diabetes insipidus and hyponatremia systematically.We mainly summarized the mechanism and treatment measures for postoperative diabetes insipidus and hyponatremia in recent researches,which may provide references for clinical practices.更多还原
