【摘要】 目的探讨应用显微手术治疗脑膜瘤的疗效。方法选取2006—2013年收治的镰旁脑膜瘤20例患者作为研究对象。均行显微镜下外科肿瘤切除术,对其进行回顾性分析。结果 20例脑膜瘤患者中,SimpsonⅠ级切除14例,Ⅱ级切除4例,Ⅲ级切除2例。结论显微镜下治疗脑膜瘤,可提高肿瘤切除率及患者的生活质量。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the curative effect of microsurgery on meningioma.MethodsData of 20 patients who underwent microsurgical resection of parafalcine meningioma between2006 and 2013were analyzed retrospectively.Results Among the 20 patients with meningeoma,14 underwent Simpson gradeⅠresection,4underwent Simpson gradeⅡ resection,and 2underwent Simpson gradeⅢresection.Conclusion The microsurgery for meningioma increases the resection rate of tumors and improves the quality of life of patients.更多还原
