【摘要】 目的 探讨网络成瘾青少年的心理健康状况、应对方式、人格特征及时间管理倾向等,为网络成瘾青少年心身健康教育提供理论依据。方法 对2 784名学生采用网络成瘾测试问卷进行网络成瘾筛查,将筛查出的80名网络成瘾者中的77名学生设为研究组,从无网络成瘾倾向者中抽取80名学生设为对照组。对两组采用症状自评量表、简易应对方式量表、艾森克人格问卷及青少年时间管理倾向量表进行测评分析。结果 青少年网络成瘾率为3.1%。研究组症状自评量表评分除偏执和精神病性因子分外,其余8个因子分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);简易应对方式量表的积极应对维度分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),消极应对维度分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);艾森克人格问卷的内外倾维度分显著低于对照组(P<0.01),精神质维度分显著高于对照组(P<0.01);青少年时间管理倾向量表的时间价值感、时间监控感、时间效能感因子分均显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 网络成瘾青少年的心理健康状况较差,解决问题方式较消极,人格类型偏内向、孤僻,时间管理不合理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore mental health status,coping styles,personality characteristics,time management tendencies etc.in internet addiction adolescents in order to provide the theoretical basis for psychosomatic health education.Methods Internet addiction screenings were conducted in 2,784 students,77 ones of screened 80 internet addiction students were assigned to research group,and 80 ones selected from students without internet addiction potential to control group.Assessments were conducted with the Symptom Checklist-90(SCL-90),Simplified Coping Style Questionnaire(SCSQ),Eysenck Personality Questionnaire(EPQ) and Adolescent Time Management Disposition Scale(ATMD) in 2 groups.Results Internet addiction rate was 3.1%in adolescents.Other 8 factor scores,except paranoia and psychotic,were significantly higher in research than in control group(P<0.01);positive coping score of the SCSQ was significantly lower(P<0.01) and negative higher(P<0.01) in research than in control group;E score of the EPQ was significantly lower(P<0.01) and P higher(P<0.01) in research than in control group;time value,monitoring and efficacy score of the ATMD were significantly lower in research than in control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Mental health statuses of internet addiction adolescents are poor,problem solving ways negative,personality types introverted and autistic,and time managements unreasonable.更多还原
