【摘要】 目的 探讨以文献为导向的自我学习教学模式在精神病学教学中的应用效果。方法 将80名医学生随机分为实验组和对照组,各40名,实验组采用文献为导向的自我学习教学方法,对照组采用传统的以授课为基础的学习模式,比较两组学生的考核成绩及满意度。结果 两组学生理论知识考核成绩比较差异无显著性(P>0.05),实验组临床实践技能测试成绩及总成绩显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。实验组学生满意率为87.5%,对照组为45.0%,实验组满意率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 以文献为导向的自我学习教学模式有利于调动医学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高其自学能力和创新能力,教学效果良好,值得推广应用于精神病学教学。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application results of reference-induced selfeducation(RISE) in psychiatry teaching.Methods Eighty students were randomly divided into experimental and control group of 40 ones each,experimental group received RISE teaching method and the control did traditional lecture-based learning(LBL),and achievements and degrees of satisfaction were compared between two groups.Results There was no significant group difference in achievement of theoretical knowledge(P>0.05),clinical skill and total achievement were significantly higher in experimental than in control group(P<0.01).Students’ satisfaction rate was respectively 87.5%in experimental and 45.0%in control group,the former significantly higher than the latter(P<0.01).Conclusion RISE teaching method is beneficial to the mobilization of learning enthusiasm and initiative of medical students and to the improvement of self-learning and innovation ability,and deserves generalization in psychiatry teaching.更多还原
