【摘要】 目的 探讨用心护理对女性精神分裂症患者的干预效果。方法 将80例女性精神分裂症患者随机分为研究组和对照组,各40例,对照组采用常规护理模式,研究组在对照组的基础上采用用心护理模式,采用护士用住院病人观察量表评定干预效果,比较两组患者满意度。结果 两组患者各项积极因素及病情总估算评分均显著高于干预前(P<0.05或0.01),研究组较对照组上升更显著(P<0.05);两组患者各项消极因素评分均较干预前显著下降(P<0.05或0.01),研究组较对照组下降更显著(P<0.05)。研究组患者满意率为97.4%,对照组为76.9%,研究组显著高于对照组(X~2=7.91,P<0.01)。结论 用心护理模式对女性精神分裂症患者干预效果明显,能促进患者康复,提高护理满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the intervention result of careful nursing model for female schizophrenics.Methods Eighty female schizophrenics were randomly assigned to research and control group of 40 ones each,control group received routine nursing model and research group did careful nursing model on the basis of control group,intervention results were assessed with the Nurses’ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE),and patients’ satisfactions compared between two groups.Results Each positive factor and total score of the NOSIE of both groups were significantly higher after intervention compared with pre-intervention(P < 0.05 or 0.01),so were those in research than in control group(P<0.05);each negative factor score of both groups lowered more significantly(P<0.05 or 0.01).so did those in research than in control group(P<0.05).Satisfaction rate was respectively 97.4%in research and 76.9%in control group,the former significantly higher than the latter(x~2=7.91,P<0.01).Conclusion Careful nursing model for female schizophrenics has obvious intervention result,could promote patients’ rehabilitation and boost nursing satisfaction.更多还原
