【摘要】 目的 探讨健康教育对肝硬化患者康复效果的影响。方法 对62例肝硬化患者进行相应治疗及护理,并进行健康教育,对相关知识掌握程度进行问卷调查。结果 本组患者死亡3例,其余均好转出院,进行健康教育后,患者对肝硬化相关知识的认知程度较健康教育前有显著提高(P<0.01)。结论 对肝硬化患者进行健康教育有助于改善患者的生活习惯和行为,减少并发症,提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of health education on rehabilitation of hepatic cirrhosis patient.Methods Appropriate treatment and nurse as well as health education were given to 62 hepatic cirrhosis patients and questionnaire surveys about masters of relative knowledge conducted.Results Three patients died,the others were discharged after improvement,after health education patients’ awareness degree of knowledge about hepatic cirrhosis increased more significantly compared with pre-education(P<0.01).Conclusion Health educations to hepatic cirrhosis patients arc conducive to improve patients’ life habit and behavior,reduce complications and raise clinical efficacy.更多还原
