【摘要】 目的 探讨住院精神病患者综合护理干预效果。方法 将179例住院精神病患者随机分为两组,研究组接受综合护理干预,对照组接受常规护理干预,观察8周。采用自拟调查表统计两组各类症状发生率,护士用住院病人观察量表评定护理干预效果。结果 干预8周末研究组各类临床症状检出率显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01);护士用住院病人观察量表评分显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 综合护理干预有利于精神病患者各种精神症状的改善,对促进患者的临床康复具有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on psychiatric inpatients.Methods A total of 179 psychiatric patients were randomly divide into two groups,research group received comprehensive nursing intervention,and control group did routine nursing intervention for 8 weeks.Incidences of various kinds of symptoms were added up with self-made questionnaire,nursing intervention effects assessed with the Nurses’ Observation Scale for Inpatient Evaluation(NOSIE).Results After intervention the detection rates of various kinds of symptoms were significantly lower(P<0.05 or 0.01) and the NOSIE score Was more advantageous in research than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention is beneficial to the improvement of various kinds of mental symptoms and plays a positive role in promoting patients’ clinical rehabilitation.更多还原
