【摘要】 目的评价置管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓的疗效。方法回顾性分析2012年12月至2015年3月收治的经置管溶栓治疗的65例下肢深静脉血栓患者的病例资料,评价置管溶栓治疗方法的有效性。结果 65例患者中治愈40例,显效19例,有效6例,没有无效病例,治疗过程中未出现肺栓塞和死亡病例。随访3个月、6个月、12个月、24个月深静脉血栓形成后综合征的发生率分别为1.52%、1.79%、6.67%、22.22%,均为轻中度深静脉血栓形成后综合征,未出现重度深静脉血栓形成后综合征。结论置管溶栓治疗下肢深静脉血栓疗效满意,远期效果尚待进一步观察。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of catheter directed thrombolysis for the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities. Methods Totally 65 patients who underwent catheter directed thrombolysis from December 2012 to March 2015 were analyzed retrospectively and the effect was evaluated. Results In 65 patients, 40 patients were cured, 19 were very effective, 6 were effective, no ineffective case. There was no case of pulmonary embolism or death during the treatment. The postthrombosis syndrome rate at the follow-up time of 3-month, 6-month, 12-month, 24-month were 1.52%, 1.79%, 6.67%, 22.22%. All the patients with post-thrombosis syndrome were mild or moderate cases without severe case. Conclusion The effect of catheter directed thrombolysis for the deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities is satisfactory, but its long-term effi cacy needs to be further observed.更多还原
