【摘要】 目的:探讨手术切除、曲安奈德注射联合⁹⁰Sr-⁹⁰Y敷贴治疗瘢痕疙瘩的疗效。方法:将61例瘢痕疙瘩患者随机分为试验组（31例）和对照组（30例）,所有患者瘢痕均进行手术切除,切口缝合后即时注射曲安奈德,试验组在术后3 d内给予⁹⁰Sr-⁹⁰Y敷贴,隔日1次,共6次;术后随访12²4个月观察其疗效。结果:术后所有患者切口均甲级愈合,随访12²4个月,试验组和对照组治愈率分别为70.96%和43.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组和对照组有效率分别为77.41%和53.33%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;试验组和对照组复发率分别为19.35%和43.33%,两组比较差异也有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论:手术切除、曲安奈德注射联合⁹⁰Sr-⁹⁰Y敷贴治疗瘢痕疙瘩安全有效,是较为理想的治疗方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To evaluate the the efficacy and safety of surgical excision combined with triamcinolone acetonide injection and ⁹⁰Sr-⁹⁰Y applicator brachytherapy for the treatment of keloids. Methods: Sixty-one patients with keloids were divided into the treatment group（n=31） and the control group（n=30） randomly. All the patients were given surgical excision,and the patients received intradermal injection of triamcinolone acetonide immediately following the surgery. The treatment group was treated with⁹⁰Sr-⁹⁰Y applicator brachytherapy once every two days for 6 times within 3 days after the surgery. All the patients were followed up for 12 to 24 months for the assessment of clinical efficacy. Results: All the incisions healed by first intention. After following up for 12 to 24 months, the cure rates of the treatment group and the control group were70.96% and 43.33%, respectively, with a significant difference between the two groups（P <0.05）. The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 77.41% and 53.33%, respectively, the difference between the two groups was statistical significant（P<0.05）. The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group were 19.35% and 43.33%,respectively, there was a significant difference between the two groups（P<0.05）. Conclusion: Surgical excision and triamcinolone acetonide injection combined with⁹⁰Sr-⁹⁰Y applicator brachytherapy is effective and safe for the treatment of keloids.更多还原
