婴儿血管瘤继发溃疡100例病原菌及药敏分析
Analysis of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity of 100 cases of infantile hemangioma with secondary ulcer
【摘要】 目的:了解婴儿血管瘤继发溃疡的病原菌分布及药敏情况。方法:对我院皮肤科2010—2014年间100例婴儿血管瘤继发溃疡患儿临床分离的病原菌的分布及药敏情况进行回顾性分析。结果:71例创面分泌物培养,分离病原菌64株,其中革兰阳性菌40株,革兰阴性菌22株,真菌2株。39例行血液细菌培养,分离病原菌2株。哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢替坦、万古霉素、美罗培南敏感率高;而哌拉西林、阿奇霉素、头孢唑啉及头孢西丁耐药率高。结论:不同部位分离的病原菌不同,需行病原菌分离及药敏试验,并合理选择抗菌药物。
【Abstract】 Objective:To understand the distribution of pathogenic bacteria and drug sensitivity in infantile hemangioma with secondary ulcer. Methods: The distribution of pathogens and drug resistance were retrospectively analyzed in infantile hemangioma with secondary ulcer in the department of dermatology of our hospital from 2010 to 2014. Results: Sixty-four strains of pathogens were isolated from secretion cultures of 71 cases, including 40 strains of Gram-positive bacteria, 22 strains of Gram-negative bacteria and 2 strains of fungi. 2 strains of bacteria were isolated from blood bacterial cultures in 39 cases.These bacteria were more sensitive to piperacillin/tazobactam, cefotetan, vancomycin and meropenem, but more resistant to piperacillin, azithromycin, cefazolin and cefoxitin. Conclusion:The pathogenic bacteria vary with body sites. Pathogen isolation,drug sensitivity test and proper use of antibiotics are recommended.
