【摘要】 报告1例多形性荨麻疹。患儿男,1岁。因全身皮疹伴发热2 d就诊。皮肤科检查:面部、躯干及四肢大片环形及多环形红色风团,中央呈灰蓝色,无坏死、水疱,黏膜未受累,面部、手足显著肿胀(血管性水肿),皮肤划痕试验阳性。诊断为多形性荨麻疹,系统应用糖皮质激素等疗效不显著,单纯应用苯海拉明治疗效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 A case of urticaria multiforme is reported. A 1-year-old boy presented with skin rashes all over the whole body,associated with fever for 2 days. Physical examination showed polycyclic erythematous wheals with dusky centers distributed on the face, trunk and limbs. There was no skin necrosis or blistering, and the mucous membranes were spared. Angioedema of the face and limbs were obvious, and dermatographism was positive. The diagnosis of urticaria multiforme was made. The patient showed favorable response to diphenhydramine, the effect of topical corticosteroids and other antihistamines was not good.更多还原
