【摘要】 目的:探讨慢性荨麻疹(chronic urticaria,CU)患者的血清白介素(IL)-18、IL-33及Ig E表达水平与CU发病机制的关系及临床意义。方法:采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定CU患者使用枸地氯雷他定治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周后及健康人对照组的血清IL-18、IL-33和Ig E的水平。结果:1与对照组相比,CU组治疗前血清IL-18和Ig E水平均显著升高(P<0.05);2与治疗前相比,CU组治疗4周后血清IL-18和Ig E水平均显著下降(P<0.05),而与对照组相比差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);3CU组IL-33水平治疗前后差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与对照组相比差异亦无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:1CU发病机制可能与IL-18和Ig E水平升高有关,而与IL-33无明显相关;2CU组治疗前后IL-18和Ig E水平变化与其临床疗效呈正相关性,为评价CU临床治疗效果提供了参考指标;3枸地氯雷他定能调控CU患者体内的细胞因子IL-18和Ig E水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical significance of the levels of interleukin(IL)-18, IL-33 and Ig E in chronic urticaria(CU) patients and its relationship with the pathogenesis of CU. Methods: CU patients were treated with desloratadine citrate disodium. Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA) was performed to measure the levels of IL-18, IL-33 and Ig E in the sera of CU patients and the healthy control group, and the levels were compared before the treatment, 2 weeks after treatment, and 4 weeks after treatment. Results: 1The levels of IL-18 and Ig E in the sera were significantly higher in the CU patients before treatment than those of the control group(P<0.05).2After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of IL-18 and Ig E were significantly decreased in the CU patients(P<0.05), but compared with the control group, there was no significant difference(P>0.05). 3No significant difference of the level of IL-33 was found in the CU group before and after the treatment(P>0.05); compared with the control group the difference also had no statistical significance(P>0.05). Conclusions: 1The pathogenesis of CU may be related to the elevated levels of Ig E and IL-18, and has no relationship with the level of IL-33.2The changes of the levels of IL-18 and Ig E before and after treatment are positively correlated with the clinical efficacy, which can provide a reference index for the evaluation of clinical efficacy in CU patients. 3Desloratadine citrate disodium is useful for regulating the levels of Ig E and IL-18 in CU patients.更多还原
