【摘要】 目的 探讨奥美沙坦对女性高血压患者性功能的影响。方法 140例女性高血压患者(高血压1~2级),随机分为2组,奥美沙坦组给予奥美沙坦酯片(20~40 mg/d)口服,苯磺酸氨氯地平组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片(5~10 mg/d)口服,疗程24周,观察患者治疗前后性功能及性激素水平的变化。结果 奥美沙坦组治疗后患者性欲、性生活满意度评分较治疗前提高(P<0.05),雌二醇水平较治疗前升高(P<0.05),女性性功能障碍(FSD)发生率降低,而苯磺酸氨氯地平对性功能无影响。结论 奥美沙坦能提高女性高血压患者血清雌二醇水平,改善性功能。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of olmesartan on sexual function of female hypertension patients.Methods 140 female hypertensive patients were randomly divided into two groups.Olmesartan group were given Olmesartan Medoxomil Tablets(20-40 mg/d),Amlodipine besylate group were given Amlodipine besylate tablets(5-10 mg/d),at the baseline and 24 th week treatment,sexual function of patients and the level of sex hormone were measured.Results In Olmesartan group,the scores of sexual desire and sexual satisfaction were improved(P <0.05),the level of estradiol were increased and the rate of female sexual dysfunction were reduced.In Amlodipine besylate group,the scores of erectile dysfunction and sexual desire had no significant effect.Conclusion Olmesartan can raise the level of sex hormone,increase sexual function.更多还原
