【摘要】 目的 探讨经支气管镜冷冻活检术对老年患者气道肿瘤的诊断价值。方法 32例经胸部CT检查怀疑气道肿瘤老年患者,局麻下行支气管镜检,依次行钳夹活检、毛刷刷检、支气管灌洗及冷冻活检,观察冷冻活检术与其他支气管镜活检方式在出血及处置等情况方面的差异,并比较其病理结果 。结果 32例老年患者均成功获取了组织标本。其中冷冻活检术的病理阳性率达93.8%,高于钳夹活检(68.8%)、毛刷刷检(40.6%)、支气管灌洗(21.9%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。冷冻活检的中度出血率为53.1%,略高于钳夹活检(34.4%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但其高于毛刷刷检(12.5%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 针对老年患者气道肿瘤,冷冻活检术是一项安全有效的活检技术。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of bronchoscopy cryobiopsy in elderly patients with airway tumor.Methods Thirty-two elderly patients with suspected airway tumors by chest CT examination were included in this study.All the patients were received forceps biopsy,brush biopsy,bronchial lavage and cryobiopsy under the guidance of bronchoscope.Observe the difference between cryobiopsy and other bronchoscopy biopsy in bleeding situation,treating measures and pathological results.Results Thirty-two elderly patients were successfully obtained tissue samples.The positive rate of pathological by cryobiopsy was 93.8%,higher than that of forceps biopsy(68.8%,P < 0.05),brush biopsy(40.6%,P <0.01) and bronchial lavage(21.9%,P <0.01).Moderate bleeding rate in cryobiopsy was53.1%,slighdy higher than that of forceps biopsy(34.4%,P >0.05);higher than that of brush biopsy(12.5%,P <0.01).Conclusion Cryobiopsy is a safe and potentially useful technique in the diagnostic assessment of elderly patients with airway tumors.更多还原
