【摘要】 目的:比较即刻种植和延期种植在单颗前牙修复中的临床效果。方法:收集单颗前牙种植修复病例40例,随机分为即刻种植组和延期种植组,每组各20例,种植后分别在3,6,12个月随访,观察临床效果和种植手术前后种植体周围硬组织的影像学变化,对结果进行统计学分析。结果:1年后随诊两组均无种植失败病例,3个月复诊时即刻种植组边缘骨吸收量(0.47±0.29)mm,延期种植组(0.61±0.26)mm;6个月时即刻种植组(0.75±0.44)mm,延期种植组(0.89±0.26)mm;12个月时即刻种植组(0.92±0.49)mm,延期种植组(0.96±0.25)mm。两组间种植手术前后硬组织变化无统计学意义。结论:即刻种植在单颗前牙种植修复中可以取得与延期种植一样的临床效果,且缩短了缺失牙的修复周期。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To compare clinical outcomes and radiological change of immediate versus delayed implant placement supporting single-tooth prostheses. Method:Forty single-tooth implant prostheses cases had been recruited and randomized assigned to immediate implant group and delayed implant group.Each group is consist of 20 patient. Clinical outcomes and radiographic evaluations of peri-implant hard tissues were carried out after 3,6 and 12 months.Then we make statistical analyses of the results. Result:No implant failed to integrate in each group.The marginal bone loss assessed at 3months was 0.47±0.29(Group 1),0.61±0.26(Group2),assessed at 6 months was 0.75±0.44(Group 1),0.89±0.26(Group2),at assessed 12 months 0.92±0.49(Group 1),0.96±0.25(Group2).There is no statistically significant differences in each time period between the two groups. Conclusion:It is suggested that immediate implant can not only have the same clinical outcome as delayed implant,but also shorten the period of single-tooth replacement.更多还原
