正畸大鼠血清孕酮水平与牙槽骨改建的相关性研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨血清孕酮与牙槽骨改建的相关性。方法:实验用72只3~4月龄成年雌性Wistar大鼠,平均体重(250±10)g,空白对照组8只,未孕组和妊娠组分别由32只大鼠组成。妊娠组于妊娠第一天在上切牙与磨牙间安放正畸装置,矫治力为50 g。未孕组和妊娠组大鼠于加力后4、8、12、16天分4批处死。大鼠处死前採血5 m L用放射免疫法测血清孕酮水平。组织学切片HE染色观察牙槽骨改建的变化。采用SPSS 10.0统计软件进行分析,结果以x±s表示,组间比较采用t检验,P<0.05为有显著性差异。结果:妊娠组牙移动距离均大于未孕组牙移动距离。未孕组血清孕酮一直维持较低水平,妊娠组血清孕酮水平明显高于未孕组和对照组血清孕酮水平。在妊娠组,血清孕酮逐渐升高,12天和16天时显著增加。组织学观察妊娠组比未孕组牙槽骨成骨更为活跃。结论:妊娠期孕酮与牙槽骨的改建密切相关,并能促进牙槽骨的成骨作用。

【Abstract】 Objective:The aim of this paper is to discuss the relationship between serum progesterone and the remodeling of alveolar bone.Method:72 adult female Wistar rats aged 3-4months and averaging(250±10)g in weight were selected as experiment animals and divided randomly into 3groups:Control group consisted of 8 rats;non-pregnant group and pregnant group consisted of 32 rats respectively.Orthodontic appliance delivered an initial force of 50 g,is placed between the maxillary first molar and maxillary central incisors of rats in the first day of pregnancy.Non-pregnant and pregnant group’s rats were killed in batches at 4 th,8 th,12 th,16 th day.Before rats were executed,their blood of 5 m L was sampled to measure the level of serum progesterone with radioimmunoassay and observe HE histological changes of the alveolar bone by light microscope.All statistics were analyzed by SPSS 10.0 software and received t test comparing among groups,then result represented in the form of x±s,P <0.05 means that there is significant difference.Result:The speed of tooth movement was faster in pregnant group than that in non-pregnant group.The serum progesterone level of non-pregnant group is in lower level all the time.There were significant variations in the level of serum progesterone between nonpregnant group and pregnant group.In pregnant group,the level of serum progesterone increased gradually,which grew greatly at the 12 th and the 16 th day.In the histological examination,the alveolar bone formation was more obvious in the pregnant group than in the non-pregnant group.Conclusion:The serum progesterone caninfluences the remodeling of alveolar bone on orthodontic tooth movements rats and promote the formation of alveolar bone in pregnant.
