【摘要】 目的:通过Meta分析评价自锁托槽与传统托槽相比对牙周状况的影响。方法:计算机检索Pubmed、EMbase、Cochrane Library、CNKI、CBM、Wang Fang Data等数据库,查找从建库至2013年12月国内外公开发表的有关固定正畸治疗中自锁托槽与传统托槽相比对牙周状况影响的文献。由2名评价员按照纳入和排除标准独立进行文献筛选、资料提取和质量评价后,应用revman5.0统计软件进行Meta分析。结果:共纳入文献9篇,结果发现除探诊深度(PD)外,自锁托槽组的牙菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈指数(GI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)在观察时间为3个月和6个月的合并效应值均低于传统托槽组。结论:在固定正畸治疗中,自锁托槽较传统托槽更有利于牙周健康。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the periodontal status between self-ligating bracket and conventional bracket via meta-analysis. Method:Database of Pubmed、EMbase、Cochrane Library、CNKI、CBM、Wang Fang Data were searched for studies of the impact on periodontal status between self-ligating bracket and conventional bracket with fixed orthodontic treatment,which were published from inception to December 2013. According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,two reviewers independently screened literatures,extracted data,and assessed the methodological quality of the included studies.The meta-analysis was performed using the revman 5.0 software. Result:9 studies were included. The result of meta-analysis showed significant differences on PLI、GI and SBI in self-ligating bracket group compared with conventional bracket group in 3 month and 6 month. NO statistically significant difference was observed in PD. Conclusion:The self-ligating bracket has better effect than conventional one on periodontal health in fixed orthodontic treatment.更多还原
