锁定钢板治疗老年肱骨解剖颈骨折

【摘要】 <正>2009年1月~2013年12月,我科采用锁定钢板治疗26例伴有骨质疏松的肱骨解剖颈骨折患者,取得较好效果,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组26例,男6例,女20例,年龄65~86岁。均伴有不同程度骨质疏松。按Neer分型:二部分骨折8例,三部分骨折17例,四部分骨折1例。1.2治疗方法臂丛麻醉。采用肩关
