剪刀体位下行标准γ-Ⅲ型髓内钉治疗股骨转子间骨折
Scissors position in treating femoral intertrochanteric fractures with type γ-Ⅲ standard interlocking intramedullary nail
【摘要】 <正>2010年1月~2013年12月,我科在剪刀体位与传统体位下进行标准γ-Ⅲ型髓内钉微创内固定治疗80例股骨转子间骨折患者。笔者对照分析两种体位的效果,报道如下。1材料与方法1.1病例资料本组80例,男29例,女51例,年龄60~92岁。均为新鲜股骨转子间骨折。骨折AO分型:A1型21例,A2型49例,A3型10例。均为闭合骨折。按照入院日期分为两组:单号入院40例采取剪刀体位,双号入院40例采取传统体位。患者于受伤后2~6 d
