【Abstract】 Liver steatosis is a frequent histological feature in patients with chronic hepatitis C( CHC),and it is associated with the progression of CHC and antiviral efficacy. This paper reviews recent research advances in the viral and host factors involved in the pathogenesis of steatosis among CHC patients and the prognostic impact of steatosis. The pathogenesis of liver steatosis in CHC patients needs further studies.更多还原
