【摘要】 目的探讨胆管内灌注5-Fu对于肝外胆管癌患者外引流改造成内引流中的作用。方法 21例肝外胆管癌患者行一步引流术时,内引流均未成功。11例设为实验组,10例设为对照组,实验组患者在行一步外引流术后,于外引流导管内灌注5-Fu并夹闭外引流通道,每日持续2~3 h后开放引流管;对照组患者胆管内未灌注5-Fu。所有患者均于5~7天后行两步引流术。结果实验组患者二步操作时,除1例外全部内引流成功;对照组患者,4例内引流成功,6例未成功。结论胆管内灌注5-Fu在肝外胆管癌患者外引流后成功改进为内引流中有积极的临床意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of perfusion 5-Fu from outward drainage to be transformed into inward drainage in extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma. Methods In 21 of extrahepatic bile duct carcinoma patients,inward drainage couldnt be finished in one step. All patients were divided into 5-FU group( 11 cases) and sham group( 10 cases). All patients were drainaged outward in one step,and then we perfused 5-Fu in the outer drainage catheter of 5-FU group and closed drainage channel. It is to be maintained 2- 3 hours a day. The sham group is not perfused 5-Fu. 5- 7 days later,the second treatment will be done to reach inward drainage. Results In 5-FU group,inward drainage were finished in second step except 1 case; In the sham group,4 cases have been done,6 cases failed. Conclusion Intraductal infusion of 5-Fu has positive clinical significance in successful internal drainage improvement in the extrahepatic bile duct cancer patients.更多还原
