【摘要】 目的分析鞍区实性颅咽管瘤MR信号特征,以提高对其术前诊断正确率。方法回顾性分析5例经手术及病理证实的鞍区实性颅咽管瘤MRI表现,着重观察瘤体在T2WI、T1WI增强序列及DWI序列上信号特征。结果 5例实性颅咽管瘤均位于鞍上区。瘤体T1WI序列表现为均匀低信号,T2WI及T1WI增强序列上表现为不均匀高信号,瘤体弥漫分布线条状、点状低信号影,即"椒盐征"。瘤体DWI序列表现为均匀的低信号。结论鞍区实性颅咽管瘤瘤体MR信号具有特征性:T2WI与T1WI增强序列均出现"椒盐征"、DWI序列表现均匀低信号。因此,术前MRI可对其定性诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnostic accuracy by investigating the signal characters of the solid craniopharyngioma in sellar. Methods The MRI features of 5cases solid craniopharyngioma in sellar were retrospectively analyzed and the characters of tumors signal were observed emphatically on T2 WI and T1 WI contrast enhanced and DWI sequences.Results All cases located in sellar. The solid tumors showed uniform hyperintense signal on T1 WI sequences. The solid tumors showed inhomogeneous hyperintense signal and punctiform or setuliform low signals imaging distributed diffusely on T2 WI and T1 WI contrast enhanced sequences,calling"salt and pepper"appearance. The solid tumors showed uniform hyperintense signal on DWI sequences. Conclusion The solid craniopharyngiomas in sellar have MRI features: "salt and pepper"appearance can be observed on T2 WI and T1 WI contrast enhanced sequences,and the solid tumors showed uniform hyperintense signal on DWI sequences. Accordingly,the solid craniopharyngioma in sellar can be diagnosed with preoperative MRI.更多还原
