【摘要】 目的探究营养支持在慢阻肺急性加重期患者中的疗效。方法从我院就诊的AECOPD患者中选择70例,将其均分为治疗组和观察组。观察组采用常规治疗;治疗组在观察组的基础上增加营养支持,两组病例的治疗时间均为3个月。观察分析两组病例治疗前后血液生化及肺功能情况等,并在治疗之后对其生活质量情况进行记录分析。结果治疗之后,两组病例的肺功能、血生化分析指标以及生活质量评分都有提高,但治疗组改善得更为明显。结论营养支持能够保证患者在急性加重期间的营养补给,改善其肺功能和血生化分析指标,降低病死率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of nutritional support for AECOPD patients.Methods From April 2012 to March 2014,70 patients with AECOPD were randomly divided into the treatment group and the observation group.The observation group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group was additionally given nutrition support on the basis of the observation group.The treatment course was 3 months.Before and after the treatment,their pulmonary function,blood gas analysis and quality of life were observed and analyzed.Results After the treatment,their pulmonary function,blood biochemical analysis index and quality of life were all improved,and the improvement was more pronounced in the treatment group than in the control group.Conclusion Nutritional support can effectively ensure the nutrition of patients with AECOPD,to improve the quality of life,pulmonary function and blood biochemical analysis index.更多还原
