125I粒子植入对兔正常气管组织放射性损伤的实验研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨放射性125I粒子组织间植入对家兔正常气管组织的放射损伤,完善125I粒子组织间植入安全性的研究。方法:健康雄性普通级新西兰家兔60只,体重2.15~2.30kg,随机分为实验组(1、4、8、16周组)及对照组,每组12只;对照组再随机分1、4、8、16周共4个亚组,每组3只。分别将3粒活度为0.8mCi/粒、半衰期为60.2d的放射性125I粒子植入实验组家兔右侧第一气管环旁,对照组植入无活性空源粒子。按分组情况取气管,免疫组织化学染色观察VEGF、Pan-Cadherin的表达。结果:免疫组织化学染色示VEGF及Pan-Cadherin在植入后不同时间的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其表达呈动态变化,植入后1周即有表达,4周达高峰,之后下降,8周较1周弱,16周基本很少表达。结论:VEGF及Pan-Cadherin在不同时期的动态表达反映了125I粒子对家兔正常气管组织产生可修复性损伤。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the radition injury of tracheal mucous membrane tissue after interstitial implanted radioactive 125 I in normal rabbit,improve the safety of clinical application.Method:Sixty New Zealand rabbits,weighing 2.15-2.30 kg,were randomly divided into 1w,1m,2m,4mand the control group,the control group was further divided into four subgroups.The 0.8mCi 125 I seeds were implanted into the tissue by the first tracheal ring in the treatment groups and nonradioactive seeds were implanted in the control group.Taking the tracheal mucous membrane tissue for pathological examination by HE staining to observe the mucosal injury and VEGF,Pan-Cadherin immunohistochemical staining to observe the expression in differernt time.Result:Immunohistochemical staining:VEGF and Pan-Cadherin have statistically significant differences in the expression on different time,the expression is dynamic.Conclusion:The expression of VEGF and Pan-Cadherin reflect the radioactive 125 I seed has little influence on normal trachea tissue and the damage can be repaired by the regeneration of the basal cell.
