载药超声微泡的制备及其在肿瘤治疗中的应用进展
Advances applications in tumor therapy and preparations of drug delivery ultrasound microbubble
【摘要】 载药超声微泡是近年来国内外研究的热点之一,本文就载药超声微泡的制备、在肿瘤治疗中的应用、存在的问题及发展前景做一简要综述。
【Abstract】 Drug delivery with ultrasound microbubble has been one of the research hot spots in recent years. The preparation, application, potential disadvantages and perspectives of drug-loaded microbubble were reviewed in this article.
