铁矿石采选破碎系统节能途径研究

【摘要】 针对国内冶金矿山能耗过高的现状,从采、选两个方面分析了影响矿石破碎的主要因素,对降低矿石破碎能耗的有效途径进行了分析。矿石开采过程通过优化孔网参数、装填参数及装药结构等措施来降低采场爆破能耗,矿石选别过程中通过确定合理入磨粒度、提高磨矿机分级效率、更新破碎设备及完善工艺流程等措施来降低选矿能耗。提出了将采、选破碎视为一个系统,实施"以爆代碎,以碎代磨"的技术措施来降低破碎能耗。根据能耗分布规律对马兰庄铁矿矿石破碎能耗合理分配,结果表明:磨矿能耗可降低8.77Kw·h/t,每年可节省费用712.8万元,效果显著。

【Abstract】 According to high energy consumption of metallurgical mines in china,the main influence factors on ore crushing were analyzed from mining and dressing,and effective ways to reduce energy consumption of ore crushing were studied.Many measures were used to reduce stope blasting energy in mining process,such as optimizing the network parameters,loading parameters and charge structure.Meanwhile,determining reasonable mill feed size,improving classification efficiency of grinding mill,upgrading equipments,perfecting process,and other measures were used to frequently reduce energy consumption in dressing process.Moreover,regarding crushing in mining and processing as a consumption system was put forward,and the technical measure that"replacing crushing with blasting and replacing grinding with crushing"was proposed to decrease the energy consumption.At last,based on the law of energy consumption distribution,the energy consumption of ore crushing was reasonably distributed in Malanzhuang Iron Mine.The results showed that the energy consumption of ore grinding was reduced by 8.77kw·h/t and 7.128 million RMB was saved annually,with an obvious effect.
