微粉钢渣磁性质及干式磁选试验研究

【摘要】 钢渣选前磁性质研究可提高钢渣分选精度,实现钢渣铁高效回收。选取<1.5mm济钢转炉初炼渣,结合原料物性研究比磁化率随粒度、外界磁化强度变化关系,结果表明:比磁化率与粒度呈二次函数正相关;0.074~0.5mm粒级钢渣为有效分选粒级,随外界磁化强度的增加,该粒级钢渣比磁化率均迅速增大后逐渐下降;以自行研制的多级辊式磁选机为试验样机,经优化辊表场强后对有效分选粒级进行磁选试验,确定0.15~0.3mm钢渣为最佳分选粒级,品位、回收率可达52.1%和68.7%。该研究结果有益于其他类似磁性矿物的高效分选。

【Abstract】 Magnetic properties study of steel slag before separation can improve separation accuracy and realize high efficiency recovery.Selecting converter steel slag with particle size less than 1.5mm in Jiyuan iron &steel plant and combining physical properties of material,the variation tendencics between magnetic susceptibility with particle size and magnetization intensity were studied.The results showed that magnetic susceptibility had positive quadratic function relationship with particle size,and the steel slag of 0.074~0.5mm was the effective sorting grade,which magnetic susceptibility rapidly increased first,then decreased gradually along with the increase of external magnetic field.Magnetic separation tests of effective sorting grade were carried out after optimization of magnetic rollers by self-developed multiroll magnetic separator.And it obtained that the best sorting grade was 0.15~0.3mm,meanwhile,the grade and the recovery rate could respectively reach 52.1% and 68.7%.The study was beneficial to high efficiency separation of other similar magnetic minerals.
