高应力破碎带巷道架锚注与二次强化支护技术
Secondary Enhanced Support and Bolt-grouting Support for Drift with High Stress and Fracture Zone
【摘要】 针对某矿高应力破碎带辅助上山采用锚网索支护后,巷道发生快速持续大变形的工程问题,运用钻孔窥视,理论分析方法研究此种条件下巷道大变形的机制,得出该上山围岩破坏范围深达5~6 m、围岩给支护体压力高达1956kN/m,支护方式不合理是导致辅助上山大变形的根本原因,提出初次U29型钢与锚注网喷联合支护,结合二次深孔注浆与锚索喷补强加固围岩体的支护方案。工程实践表明,方案实施后有效控制了破碎围岩的大变形,巷道维护良好。
【Abstract】 The drift with high stress and fracture zone in a mine had fast,continuous and large deformation after using cable anchor support.Aimed at this engineering problem,deformation mechanism under this situation was studied by drilling and theoretical analysis.The results obtained that destruction range of heading surrounding rock was as deep as5~6mand the pressure of surrounding rock on supporting body was as high as 1956kN/m.The basic reason of large deformation was unreasonable support.Therefore,a support method was put forward.This method firstly associated U29 Steel with bolt-grouting and net spray to support,and combined secondary deep-hole grouting and anchor spray to strengthen surrounding rock. The engineering practice showed that the large deformation of broken surrounding rock was controlled effectively after implementation of method and the maintenance of drift was well.
