【摘要】 快速发展的计算机技术提高了矿山的机械化、自动化和数字化水平,促进了矿山的现代化建设,信息化和数字化技术由此成为矿业领域内的重要研究内容。阐述了开磷集团采矿和管理等方面的信息化建设、实施进程及发展,主要包括井下无人计量系统、破碎机远程控制系统、六大系统、智能采矿设备、管控一体化和矿山数字软件等。结果表明,信息化矿山不仅安全性高,而且高产高效,工作环境友好,矿石损失贫化低,符合可持续发展的思想。同时,对下一步构建现代化矿山提出了建设性的意见,最终实现无人智能化采矿,信息化矿山是基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mechanization,automation and digitization level of mine are improved,and the modernization of the mine construction is promoted by the computer technology with rapid development,so,the information and digital technology are becoming the important contents of the mineral industry.The informatization construction,implementation process and development of the mining and management aspects of Kailin group,which includes that unmanned metering system underground,crusher remote control system,six security systems,intelligent mining equipment,integration of management and control and mine digital software. The results show that the informatization mine is not only with the characteristics of high safety,but also with the characteristics of high production and efficiency,good working environment,low ore loss and dilution rate,therefore,it is accordance with the thoughts of mine sustainable development.
