【摘要】 哲学社会科学学术评价已成为学术界关注的热点问题,它对于实现哲学社会科学的长期繁荣具有重大意义。本文试图通过对国外哲学社会科学学术评价制度的探讨,得出繁荣发展我国高校哲学社会科学评价制度的建议:一是建立灵活多元的学术评价体系,进一步完善同行评议制度;二是注重成果质量,加大力度推行代表性学术成果制度;三是逐步试行专门评价机构制度,建立公正透明的学术评价体系;四是加强文化建设,打造良性的学术生态。更多还原

【Abstract】 The academic evaluation of philosophy and social sciences,which is of great significance to the everlasting prosperity of these disciplines,has become a heated topic in the academic field. This paper discusses certain overseas academic evaluation systems in the field of philosophy and social sciences and provides some suggestions concerning the corresponding evaluation system of Chinese higher education,which are: firstly to set up a flexible and diversified academic evaluation system and to perfect peer review system; secondly to emphasize the quality of the academic achievements and to promote the system of representative academic achievements; thirdly to gradually implement the evaluation system led by specialized agencies and to set up a fair and transparent system; and fourthly,to enhance the development of university culture and to create a favorable academic climate.更多还原
