【摘要】 以某农业科研创新团队为例,通过分析团队科技人才结构、科研经费投入、发表论文、获得专利及科技奖励等相关情况,对该团队在获得优秀称号和奖励前后的科技创新能力进行对比和评估。研究表明,创优获奖后,该团队研究人员的整体结构更趋合理,团队在SCI论文发表、实用新型专利、软件著作权的授权方面取得了长足的进步。研究显示,创建优秀农业科研创新团队对团队科研创新能力有良好的促进作用,科研团队在获得更充裕、更合理的科研投入后,能够取得更高层次的科技成果产出。优秀团队的建设为科技创新团队的管理及发展提供了参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 The thesis uses an agricultural science research innovation team as an example,analyzes the team talent structure,research fund input,published papers,obtained patents and science and technology award and other situations and makes the comparison and evaluation about the science and technology capabilities before and after obtaining the excellence titles and award.The research shows that after obtaining the award,the overall structure of the researcher team has turned more reasonable and the team makes great substantial progress in the aspects of SCI paper publication,utility model patent and software copyright authorization. Also,the research reflects that the science researching innovation capability of the team can be greatly enhanced by building the excellent agricultural science research innovation team and the team can realize higher level of science and technology achievement and outputs after obtaining more sufficient and reasonable input.
