【摘要】 信息系统应用是否能提升企业敏捷性一直未形成共识。基于IT过程观、资源观以及动态能力观等理论,构建了信息系统能力、信息系统应用能力、企业敏捷性以及企业绩效之间关系的理论模型。利用我国201家企业的有效样本,通过验证性因子分析验证了信息技术能力、企业敏捷性以及企业绩效的构成。研究结果表明信息系统应用能力是影响企业敏捷性的直接原因。信息系统能力与企业敏捷性不存在正相关关系,信息系统能力通过信息系统应用能力的中介作用提升企业敏捷性。更多还原

【Abstract】 It is not uncommon that information technology capability facilitates organizational agility. A new theoretical model is constructed including IS capability, is application capability agility and firm performance from the perspectives of IT process view, resource-based view, and dynamic capability. Constructs of IS application capabilities and IS capabilities are verified through confirmatory factor analysis using the sample of 201 firms. This study shows that an information system application capability is a direct cause to improve enterprise agility. The mechanism of IT capability enhancing agility is through the mediating effect of IS application capabilities. IS capability cannot improve enterprise agility directly.更多还原
