【摘要】 基于知识的观点与网络理论,研究分析了主体知识宽度和深度对其突破性创新的影响,同时进一步讨论了主体所在网络的关系嵌入程度对这一影响的调节作用。基于国内管理学领域176位学者2007—2012年间发表的高水平国际论文样本数据,采用Logit回归的实证分析方法,研究结果表明:知识深度对主体的突破性创新有显著正向作用,而知识宽度对学者突破性创新没有显著影响;关系嵌入强度加强了知识宽度与突破性创新之间的正向关系,削弱了知识深度与突破性创新之间的正向关系。更多还原

【Abstract】 The study combined the knowledge- based view and the network theory to analyze the influence of knowledge width and depth on radical innovation. We also examined the moderating role of network relational embeddedness. Based on 176 scholars’ high-level-papers, the regression results show that knowledge depth has positive relationship with radical innovation, while the relationship between knowledge breadth and radical innovation is not significant. Network relational embeddedness can strengthen the relationship between knowledge breadth and radical innovation, while weaken the relationship between knowledge depth and radical innovation.更多还原
