山茱萸纳米制剂对衰老小鼠脑组织akt基因mRNA表达的影响

【摘要】 目的:探讨山茱萸纳米制剂对自然衰老小鼠脑组织akt基因mRNA表达的影响。方法:以衰老小鼠(11~12月龄)、青年小鼠(2~3月龄)为研究对象,灌服山茱萸纳米制剂,采用RT-PCR方法检测akt基因mRNA的表达。结果:衰老小鼠脑组织akt基因mRNA表达量较青年小鼠低,山茱萸纳米制剂可以不同程度的提高衰老小鼠脑组织akt基因mRNA的表达。结论:山茱萸纳米制剂显著提高衰老小鼠脑组织akt基因mRNA的表达,使衰老小鼠脑组织akt基因mRNA表达趋于年轻化。

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the effects of Cornus nano preparation on the expression of mRNA of akt gene in brain tissue of aging mouse. Methods: Aging mice( 11 ~ 12 months),young mice( 2 ~ 3 months) was used as the research object,which were given Cornus nano preparation by gavage. Then the expression of mRNA of akt gene was examined by RT- PCR. Results: The expressions of mRNA of akt gene in brain tissue of aging mice were lower than those in young mice,but the expression of mRNA of akt gene was increased in various degrees in brian tissus of aging mice given Cornus nano preparation. Conclusion: Cornus nano preparation significantly increased the expression of mRNA of akt gene in brain tissue of aging mice,and it makes the expression level of mRNA of akt gene in brain tissue of aging mice close to that of the young mice.
