改性C18固相萃取膜快速水中烷基汞

【摘要】 建立了一种稳定高效、方便快捷、低成本且环保的水中烷基汞富集方法。方法以二乙基二硫代氨基甲酸钠溶液为改性剂对C18固相萃取膜进行改性,用于水中烷基汞的快速富集。由于采用的C18固相萃取膜粒径小、比表面积小、平衡时间短,所以在10 min之内即可富集1 L水样,可达到现行国标巯基棉富集法及研究较多的固相萃取小柱法十倍以上的速度。在富集倍数为100倍时,加标回收率为甲基汞75.3%±7.76%、乙基汞83.0%±9.08%。回收率相对标准偏差为甲基汞5.2%,乙基汞5.5%。

【Abstract】 It has been set up a stable and efficient,convenient and quick,low cost and environmental protection method of enriching the alkyl mercury in the water.C18 SPE membrane is modified by the modifier,sodium diethyl dithiocarbamate solution,and then is used for the rapid enrichment of mercury in the water.Because of the small size of solid phase extraction membrane,its small specific surface area and short equilibrium time,it can enrich 1 L water samples within 10 min with this method.This method goes 10 times faster than the method of current national standard thiol cotton enrichment and solid phase extraction small column.In the enrichment ratio of 100 times,the standard addition recovery for methyl mercury is 75.3% plus or minus 7.76%,for ethyl mercury is 83.0% plus or minus9.08%.The relative standard deviation of recovery rate for methyl mercury is 5.2% and for ethyl mercury is 5.5%.
