一种新型辐射板供冷能力分析与优化
Cooling Capacity Analysis and Optimization of a New Radiant Panel
【摘要】 建立了一种含空气层的新型模块化吊顶辐射板传热模型,用实验验证了模型的可靠性,分析了辐射板的结构参数和运行参数对辐射板供冷性能的影响。性能分析表明:管间距、水温、塑料支撑高度、铜管外径对辐射板供冷能力影响较大,而管壁厚度和流速的影响很小;通过对参数进行优化,可以使辐射板供冷能力有很大提高。同时,提出了一个该类辐射板供冷能力的计算式,为这类辐射板的结构设计与运行分析提供了便利。
【Abstract】 A heat transfer model was established for a new type modular radiant panel with air gap based on principle of thermal equilibrium. The model was validated by experiment. The effects of geometrical and operation parameters on cooling capacity of the radiant panel were analyzed. The results show that: the tube spacing,water temperature,support height and external diameter have a greater impact on cooling capacity of the radiant panel;the flow rate and tube wall thickness have a small impact. Cooling capacity of the radian panel can be improved greatly,by parameters optimization. A formula is obtained for cooling capacity of the radiant panel,and it provides convenience for this kind of radiant panel’s structure design and operation analysis.
