LLM-105研究新进展
The New Progress of 2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitro Pyrazine-1-oxide
【摘要】 综述了国内外关于2,6-二氨基-3,5-二硝基吡嗪-1-氧化物(LLM-105)性能、合成新方法、晶体结构、热化学特性及其在火炸药中应用的最新研究进展。研究结果表明,LLM-105的能量介于TATB和RDX之间,分子内存在的π共扼体系以及强烈的分子内氢键作用,使得LLM-105对热、冲击波、火花和摩擦撞击非常钝感,与火炸药中常用组分铜、铝、黑索今、高氯酸按、吉纳、硝化棉、硝化甘油、二号中定剂和射孔弹药型罩等有良好的相容性,其燃烧产物清洁,无卤素、无烟,LLM-105是一种相当钝感的含能材料,可作为新型高能钝感炸药用于战斗部装药及推进剂装药,应用前景良好,分析并提出了LLM-105应用于武器系统中的研究内容。
【Abstract】 The new researching progress of 2,6-diamino-3,5-dinitro pyrazine-1-oxide( LLM-105) including physical properties,ynthetic strategies,rystalline structure characters,thermal chemistry features and other implication as energetic materials is summarized. The energy of LLM-105 is between TATB and RDX,π conjugated system and strong intramolecular hydrogen bond are existed in LLM-105 molecular,which makes it quite insensitive for heat,shock wave,sparkle,friction and impact,it has well compatibility with commonly used components of explosives and propellant such as copper,aluminum,RDX,AP,DINA,NC,NG,C2 and other,the burning production was cleaning,no halogen and smokeless. LLM-105 with good applied prospect could be used as warhead charge for new high energetic insensitive explosives or propellant charge. The investigation details of LLM-105 applied in weapon system are analysed and proposed.
